I’m the Tiny Traveller. I’m an eight-inch travel writer who lives in London. I love swimming in the sea, playing football with strangers, drinking in quirky bars, meeting new people and eating new food.
I might be small but I’ve been on some big adventures and I have a unique perspective on the world.
I used to go out with this blonde bimbo. You might have heard of her. She’s called Barbie and she dumped me for a smooth-skinned male model called Ken. As you can see, I’m not at all cut-up by it.
I also suffer from a completely rational fear that somewhere, somehow a duck is always watching me. It’s known as Anatidaephobia and it started one twisted night at Glastonbury in 2010. I blame the vuvuzelas.
I have a manager who arranges work for me and helps me get around. He’s a guy called Josh Ferry Woodard. He’s a bit weird but I trust him because he’s a good writer. Strangely, he looks just like me!
He blogs about London for Spotted By Locals and contributes regularly to Urban Travel Blog. He’s also had travel writing published on Roads & Kingdoms, Slate, Travel Dudes, On A Junket, Billionaires Australia and The Expat Hub. He funds our trips by writing daily reports about the foreign exchange industry and fortnightly contributions to the Expat edition of the Telegraph.
But enough about my manager. This is my travel blog.
Here are some of the cool things I’ve done this year…
